Susan Schneidermesser, DPM

Dr. Schneidermesser has been serving Park Slope in the surrounding Brooklyn and New York communities since 1993.

She attended the prestigious Franklin and Marshall College and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in biology.
Dr. Schneidermesser was then admitted into New York College of Podiatric Medicine and graduated with academic honors.

She continued her education as chief resident in foot surgery at Interfaith Medical Center, Brooklyn. After graduating her residency program, she was hired to start a Podiatry service at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical center where she has had full admitting and surgical privileges for more than 28 years.

Dr. Schneidermesser was an intricate part in developing a residency program at Kingsbrook Jewish and has therefore become involved in lecturing and training young doctors in medicine and surgery of the foot keeping abreast of the newest technology and techniques.
In 2003 Dr. C was presented with the Presidents Award for outstanding attending physician at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center.

Dr. Schneidermesser is Board Certified by the American College Board of Foot and Ankle surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Foot Surgeons.
